Shripal Parekh
Shripal is Finaptive’s Managing Partner and runs the global consulting team. He is an expert in financial planning and performance management systems. With a Master’ degree in Business, Entrepreneurship and Technology from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Shripal applies his extensive experience assisting organizations seeking to maximize their business outputs.
He has worked in the consulting space for more than a decade, while developing enduring, productive relationships. His financial expertise includes data integration, design of financial models and data warehouses, and planning processes.
In his spare time Shripal enjoys analyzing and predicting stock market movements, following European football leagues and spending quality time relaxing with family!

Clayton Mendonca
Clayton leads the Data Integrations and BI team at Finaptive. He works with key stakeholders and clients to drive necessary changes to processes and technology to align with client business strategy and vision. He brings a wealth of experience in Business Intelligence and Analytics and has immense subject matter expertise in technology solutions consulting. Having worked in finance, telecom & commercial real estate, he utilizes his nuanced domain knowledge to ensure full-service consulting services.
He loves spending time with his family and enjoys sports – watching and participating in competitive sporting events!

Pawan Kapoor
Pawan is a Senior Consultant and Project Manager. Pawan works with our international clients to enhance their business processes. As a strategic consultant, he has had extensive client-facing and implementation experience.
With a wide-ranging global entrepreneurial background, Pawan possesses international business experience working with clients across South Asia and North America in various industries including finance, CPG, sustainability and consulting.
Pawan has a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business, York University.

Dennis Wang
Dennis is a Project Lead at Finaptive and focuses on building and fostering client relationships. With exceptional knowledge of financial processes, business tools and solutions, Dennis is a proven relationship builder with the direct knowledge and experience to understand client objectives.
As a veteran consultant and customer advocate in the financial planning and analysis solutions field, he identifies opportunities for strategic planning and expanded use of technology in finance.
